Dreamy Block Reveal Inside the Sewcialites 3 Quilt Along

Welcome back for week 21 of the Sewcialites 3 Quilt Along as we celebrate our amazing quilting community! Each week, one of the 25 oh-sew-talented designers we've teamed up with is bringing you a new block pattern. This week, we're excited to introduce the fanciful Dreamy Block by Sherri McConnell. ### Meet the Designer: Sherri McConnell This week's designer is Sherri McConnell, the pattern designer behind A Quilting Life and half of the mother/daughter fabric designing duo. She brought us the intermediate-level Dreamy Block, made with a handful of half square triangles and some creative piecing. You can join Kimberly for a live sewing tutorial of the Dreamy Block on Friday, July 17th, at 9 AM CT, in the Behind The Seams Livestream on the Fat Quarter Shop YouTube Channel. Sherri is sewing her Sewcialites 3 Quilt with her Strawberry Lemonade collection for Moda Fabrics. If you're new to half square triangles, don't worry -- this block is a great way to practice. Pat Sloan pieced her 9-inch block with Rosie by Fig Tree Quilts for Moda Fabrics.
