This Week's Sewcialites 3 Block Is All About Love—Here's the Pattern

Welcome back to week 23 of the Sewcialites 3 Quilt Along! If you've been sewing along with us, you know the drill: every week, one of our 25 incredibly talented designers drops a brand-new block pattern, and we all stitch together in celebration of our amazing quilting community. This week, we're thrilled to introduce the With Love block by Jackie MacDonald—and trust me, it's a heart-stealer. Jackie, who designs under the name Sweetfire Road, is known for her beautiful fabric artistry and quilt patterns. She's brought us an intermediate-level block that's deceptively simple: it's made from a creative collection of rectangles and squares that come together to form a lovely design. If you're new to quilting, don't worry—this block is a great way to practice your piecing skills without feeling overwhelmed. ### Meet Jackie MacDonald Jackie's passion for color and texture shines through in everything she creates. This week, we've got a few of our favorite quilters showing off their versions: - **Kimberly** sewed the 6-inch block using Lyda Rose by Bunny Hill Designs for Moda Fabrics. - **Gina Tell** (@gina_tell_threadgraffiti) made the 3-inch block in Wild Honey by Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics. - **Pat Sloan** (@quilterpatsloan) pieced her 9-inch block with Rosie by Fig Tree Quilts for Moda Fabrics. Each fabric line gives the block a completely different personality—from soft and romantic to bold and modern. It's a great reminder that fabric choice can totally transform a pattern. Our own Quilty Staffers are also joining in the fun, making 9-inch blocks using Blueprint by Camille Roskelley, American Gatherings III by Primitive Gatherings, and In the Garden by Corey Yoder—all for Moda Fabrics.
