This week, we're thrilled to introduce the glittering Star Light Block by Lisa Bongean. ### Meet Lisa Bongean and Her Stunning Design Lisa Bongean is a longtime quilter and the creative force behind Primitive Gatherings for Moda Fabrics. She's known for her warm, traditional aesthetic, and this block is no exception. The Star Light Block is rated for experienced quilters, and it's easy to see why. It challenges your piecing skills with eight flying geese units and clever corner square techniques. If you're ready to stretch your abilities, this is the perfect project. Kimberly sewed the 6-inch block using Lyda Rose by Bunny Hill Designs for Moda Fabrics. Gina Tell (@gina_tell_threadgraffiti) made the 3-inch block in Wild Honey by Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics. Pat Sloan (@quilterpatsloan) pieced her 9-inch block with Rosie by Fig Tree Quilts for Moda Fabrics. Each version has its own personality, so you can really make this block your own. Our Quilty Staffers are also joining in, making the 9-inch blocks using three gorgeous lines: Blueprint by Camille Roskelley, American Gatherings III by Primitive Gatherings, and In the Garden by Corey Yoder.
