The Haven Quilt's Second Star Pattern Is Finally Here

The stars have aligned, and we are ready to put the finishing touches on our 13th Annual Charity Quilt and Cross Stitch, Haven. With the wind in our sails and port in sight, part two of the pattern is available now, and we can't wait to keep stitching along with all of you. Be sure to catch up on anything you may have missed by visiting the Haven Quilt Along page. ### Block Two Pattern: Sawtooth Stars Block Two of the Haven Quilt is a constellation of sawtooth stars that truly shine. We are sewing ours with the True Love collection designed by Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics, and there is still time to pick up your very own Haven Quilt Kit. We also have three of our Quilty Staffers sewing along with different collections to get your creative mind dreaming of all the design possibilities. Their fabric choices include Poinsettia and Pear, A Cat Named Stitch, and Petals and Polka Dots—each bringing a unique personality to the same starry block. ### Sew Along with Kimberly On Thursday, July 23rd, join Kimberly in a pre-recorded video as she sews block two of the Haven Quilt. Whether you are sewing along with us or just love to tune in and share in the quilty fun, we are excited to have you there. This is a great chance to pick up new tips and tricks while connecting with the community. ### Supporting Make-A-Wish Our Haven Quilt and Cross Stitch Patterns benefit Make-a-Wish Central & South Texas. As we sail together through our 13th Annual Charity Quilt Along, we are excited for the life-changing impact this sewing community can make and are inspired by the stories of the children who have been granted life-changing Wishes. Last year, we had the special opportunity to host Justin's Wish Party. The time spent with Justin and his family was a bright spot in our year, and we had so much fun hearing about all the fun things they planned to do during their trip to Disney. ### Special Donor Gift: Limited Edition Haven Bear The first 500 donors to donate $75 or more will receive a special limited edition Haven Bear as a thank-you gift. This sweet bear comes with embroidered foot pads and a darling bowtie and will only be available to those who donate to the Haven fundraiser this year. For each bear we send to a donor, we will also send one to a Make-A-Wish child, so it is a gift that keeps giving. With every donation, we are closer to our goal of granting ten wishes and closer to awarding each special surprise. Be sure to make your $75 or more donation before all the donor gifts get claimed. We are almost to the halfway point of our $100,000 goal, and a little over half of the bears have been gifted. Our quilty community never ceases to amaze us with its kindness and big-hearted generosity. We know how meaningful it is to come together for this cause, and we are so grateful for every donation, no matter the size, that helps bring a child's wish to life. Fat Quarter Shop and Moda Fabrics are once again teaming up to match up to $30,000 in donations. With our amazing community pitching in, we know that hitting our $100,000 goal is on the horizon. ### Stardust Cross Stitch Each year, we enjoy stitching the coordinating cross stitch pattern for the charity quilt pattern, and the scattered stars and added texture in the Haven Cross Stitch Pattern make it a must-stitch. With five colors of embroidery floss hand-picked to coordinate with the quilt, you will be sew excited to get stitching Part Two of the Haven Cross Stitch Pattern.
