Enter our annual charity quilt raffle to win a handmade quilt while supporting Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas. $5 tickets, four stunning quilts, and a chance to grant a child's wish.
### A Cozy Way to Make a Difference
There's something special about a handmade quilt. It wraps you in warmth, tells a story, and carries the love of the person who stitched it together. Now imagine that quilt also helping a child's dream come true. That's exactly what our annual charity quilt raffle is all about.
We've teamed up with Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas to offer you a chance to win one of four stunning quilts. Every $5 raffle ticket you buy goes directly to granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. It's a simple, heartfelt way to make a real difference—while maybe adding a beautiful new treasure to your home.
### How to Enter the Raffle
Entering is oh-sew simple! Just follow these steps:
- **Purchase tickets** for $5 each (or more if you're feeling generous).
- **Choose which quilt(s)** you'd like to win—you can split your tickets across multiple quilts.
- **Visit the Make-A-Wish raffle page** to grab your tickets. You can return anytime before the deadline to buy more.
The raffle opens at 8 AM CST on Friday, August 7th, and closes at 11 PM CST on Sunday, August 16th. That gives you plenty of time to enter and even rally your friends and family to join in. The more tickets sold, the more wishes we can grant—so please share this with your quilting buddies and beyond!
### Meet the Quilts Up for Grabs
This year, we're thrilled to feature four one-of-a-kind quilts, each crafted by some of the most talented names in the quilting world. Let's take a closer look at what you could win.
#### Pat Sloan & Bobbie Yoder's Starry Haven
This 53″ x 53″ beauty features a striking star-filled design in navy, sky blue, burgundy, and cream. Pieced by Pat Sloan and Bobbie Yoder, with custom quilting by Suzanne Yerks, it's adorned with elegant feathers and swirls. The back is finished with a coordinating teal stripe fabric for a bold pop of color. Made using the Blue Mill collection for the Virginia Quilt Museum, this quilt is a true collector's piece.
#### Lissa Alexander's Festive Haven
Elegant with a subtle nod to Christmas, Lissa Alexander's Haven Quilt is pieced in classic berry red and pine green, accented with floral and nostalgic music-sheet prints. This 56″ x 56″ quilt features a radiant star-inspired layout, using Magic Dots and Berry & Pine by Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics. Michelle Parker of Sew Many Quilts added the "Oh Christmas Tree" pantograph, giving it a festive texture that's perfect for the holiday season.
#### Sherri McConnell's Patriotic Haven
Sherri McConnell of A Quilting Life gives the Haven Quilt a fresh patriotic spin. Pieced with her upcoming collection, Midsummer by Sherri & Chelsi for Moda Fabrics, this 53″ x 53″ design comes alive in bright red, white, and blue florals. The "Daisy" quilting pantograph adds a charming floral flourish—ideal for celebrating the Fourth of July or any day you want to show your American pride.
#### Kimberly Jolly's Romantic Haven
Soft florals and soothing shades of navy, sage, mint, and ivory give Kimberly Jolly's Haven Quilt a peaceful, romantic feel. Kimberly used True Love by Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics to create a design where delicate prints bloom among scattered stars. The "Leisha's on Point" pantograph overlays an elegant lattice of interlocking diamonds, and a custom embroidered dandelion label adds a meaningful finishing touch.
### Why Your Support Matters
This marks our 13th Annual Charity Quilt, and we couldn't be more grateful for this incredible sewing community. Over the years, your generosity has helped grant countless wishes to kids right here in Texas. Each $5 ticket brings us one step closer to making more dreams come true.
